Michelle Llabani is a teacher of 20 years. She has 4 years of SLT experience, 13 years of middle leadership experience and holds the NPQSL qualification. Michelle is a level 7 Qualified Careers Lead and has 2 years’ experience of leading the Careers Programme at Northampton International Academy as well as 2 years supporting the Careers Programme as the SLT Senior Link for Careers.

Kate holds a PGCert in Careers Development and Curriculum Design and has successfully designed and implemented programmes within schools to reach Gatsby benchmarks, increase employer engagement and reduce NEETs. .
