Gatsby Benchmark 8 states that all students should have the opportunity for an individual careers guidance meeting with a qualified and independent Advisor before the end of Year 11.
Here at CCUK we have a number of Careers Advisors who are available and ready to support, either on long term contracts or to temporarily support provision within schools, We can also provide Virtual Appointments with students if it is not possible to be in school.
Prices and packages can be negotiated on a school by school basis depending on need.
Do you know where you are on your journey towards achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks and providing outstanding careers provision for your learners. CCUK can provide an experienced previous Senior Leader of Careers to assess your provision, identifying strengths and areas for development as well as advice on how to make improvements were necessary.

Through this network, we can offer whole year group Business and Enterprise Days, where students can work closely with industry professionals to complete a careers based project. Work Experience is an integral part of a successful Careers Provision.
The Gatsby Benchmarks state
‘Every pupil should have first-hand experiences of the workplace through work visits, work shadowing and/or work experience to help their exploration of career opportunities and expand their networks.’
Here at CCUK we understand that this can sometimes be easier said than done. Whilst, in an ideal world all learners would be able to find and organise their own work placements, we know that this is not always possible. Even when learners are in a position to find a placement, the administrative tasks surrounding the placement can be time consuming for a careers team to undertake. CCUK have built up a network of Employers ready and willing to take students for placements. We can provide placements, vet student found placements, provide workbooks, certificates and 360 evaluations. We are even available during placements to deal with any issues that may arise, leaving your Careers Advisor and Careers Lead with the capacity needed to fulfil their roles. Prices start from as little as £22 per student. Please contact us via email for more information.
